Maintenance
This module allows databank management of Exotic Plants, Suppliers, Customer, Laborer, Position, Nursery, Charge Account, System User and Company.
 Nursery Management
Nursery Management includes processes that nursery business governs. These comprise plant production, upgrade and damage reporting. It leverages the Nursery Physical Counting Inventory Report through File Upload. Thus, nursery management also tracks down plant history, maintenance involvement and cost.
 Project Management
This module monitors and maintains various projects be it on-going, previous and future projects; the project kick-off and project close-out. It includes centralized account number used to track down profit and revenues. Thus, the system also tracks down the actuals log for the delivered items VS the project commitments.
Material Planning and Monitoring
Scheduling System module tracks not only project deliverable schedule but plant quantity as well. This module is capable of generating report to view monthly or yearly committed items regardless of project. In this module, management is allowed to receive notification services (e.g. Newly Committed Item, Committed Item Scheduled for Deliver, etc.).
Cost Tracking Management
Cost and Tracking module allows Management or a particular user w/ proper access to monitor the company or project expenses. Through tracking services, plant history can also be identified and monitored -- from production to maintenance to delivery or through purchase to upgrade to selling point.
Accounting
The Accounting module tracks all business transactions including Invoicing, Purchasing and Delivery. All activities are then recorded and connected through stock in and out. Also, this module includes Labor Billing use case that allows the company to monitor and record external labor expenses and man hours.
 Reporting
Reporting module is
one of the most vital features of the system. It generates information for plant
production actual activities; the produced plants VS upgraded plants including
its successful percentage. It also generates metrics on Inventory including
Accounting Stock In and Out, Nursery Physical Counting Report and of course, the
ending inventory.
